Pet Pin Pack Pre-Order FAQ
This is a pre-order. All orders ship early 2025. In-game item will be provided when order ships.
When will I get my order?
This item ships early 2025. You'll receive an update when your order is shipped.
When and how do I get my in-game item?
In-game item will be provided when order ships.
You will receive a redemption code at that time, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. The redemption code will be valid for 1 year (minimum), starting from when the email is sent.
Where does this item ship from?
This item will be shipped from a location within the European Union.
What's the shipping cost?
Shipping is free to all supported locations.
Can I only order the digital item?
This item is only available as a bundle of the physical pins and the in-game item. We will never sell the in-game item individually.
What payment methods are accepted?
To see the accepted payment methods for your country/location, add an item to your cart and check the payment methods section on the checkout page. You can do this without placing the order.
Payments are handled by Shop Pay (cards and limited local options), PayPal (accounts and cards) and Klarna.
If your local payment method is not supported at this time, check back in the future as we add more. However, we can't guarantee the product(s) will still be in stock at that time.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when placing your order. Refer to the Cancellation, Refund and Return policies for more information.
Will the bundle restock?
Only 1000 units are available as an initial pre-order. We may restock in the future depending on demand.
How long is the bundle available for?
The bundle is available for purchase whilst stocks last.
What's the Black Friday deal/discount?
During Black Friday / Cyber Monday, the bundle is available at an introductory price. The price will be increased after this time. Only orders submitted and paid during the BFCM period are eligible for the lower price.
What's the maximum amount of units I can order?
Only one unit can be ordered at a time (in one transaction/checkout).
Will I be charged customs/VAT/other fees?
The price shown is inclusive of VAT. VAT is based on the destination country.

Support policy / Damaged Goods / Quality Defects
For orders that arrive damaged, or have quality defects (other than minor defects common in enamel pins), we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
If you opt for the refund, the license to the in-game item will also be cancelled. If you opt for a replacement, the existing in-game item license will remain, but you won't receive an additional one.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the order is shipped. For orders that are shipped, please refer to the refund / returns policy.
You'll be refunded to your original payment method (this can't be changed). This may take some time depending on the payment provider.

The following only applies to orders that arrived as-described, free from faults and damages. Please refer to our support policy above for those cases.
